Trial ride your new saddle.
You are more than welcome to have a ten minute trial ride to check fit and suitability. Girthing up and the trial ride is the only way to establish a good fit. If your require some advise on this, please contact us.
If you wish to return the saddle for a refund or exchange, please contact us on 01347 810443 to arrange Parcel Force to collect at a charge of £5.90. (Please keep the original box and packaging for returns)
Ride-Away will also Part Exchange your old saddle. We require good quality English made saddles of modern style and in good condition (not too old)
It is advisable to email pictures of your saddle to Ride-Away (info@rideaway.co.uk) along with an approx age, model/brand and your perceived value. (Ride-Away do not purchase second hand synthetic saddles.)
