I just wanted to say that I am a new customer and was especially pleased with the service as you can track parcels. My husband was able to collect the Amgio Rug from our local post office so easily as we both work full time.
I will be using this service again and the rug was such good value and fits brilliantly!

In addition to the review, I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with this purchase. I could not find these toys here in Canada, but it was worth the brief wait to order it from Ride-Away! My horse knew immediately what to do with it, and to my surprise used his hoof on it only once in over an hour of play. I will be encouraging anyone who is interested in my barn to get one for their horses, too.

Ride-Away are far and away the best large equestrian retailer. Their service and staff are second to none The ladies on the end of the phone are knowledgeable, helpful, polite and funny. Their postal service is amazing! I ordered products at 9.00am and they arrived at my house in Shrewsbury at 3pm - unbeatable.
Whilst I live close to the Robinsons store in Cannock, I always use Ride-Away for my horse and human gear.

Dear Ride-Away Team

I am afraid I have been having difficulty on reaching the page on the web site where I can leave a review! I think that is my only critism of the service! I have bought several items lately and all have been brilliant - to the extent that I have ordered more of the same thing - ie. Dublin Fleeces, which I would have thought good value even at the full price!

As importantly. if not more so, as always I have been extremely impressed with the wonderful service I have received. I have spoken to at least two girls on the telephone lately and both have been exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The orders hae arrived quickley and I have been just delighted to put a few pounds into your coffers!

I just wanted to say how amazed I was with the customer service I had when I purchasing my saddle! I have emailed Ride-Away twice with enquiries andI have had an email response and phone call within a few hours! The team really know what they"re talking about and are very happy to help you. So many online sites are non-horsy and have no idea what you"re talking about, it was refreshing to talk to a company that did! Unfortunately I have had to return my saddle as it did not fit ny horse, I spoke to someone on Saturday afternoon to arrange a collection for the item, Parcelforce were here on Monday to collect, all very easy and straightforward. A pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend!! Well done!!

Hi, last month u visited your store for the first time, we drove up from Southampton (approximately 500 miles away) and stayed at Linton on Ouse with the specific aim of horse shopping at Ride-Away.

For many years now, my friends and I await your catalogues with eager anticipation and text each other as soon as they arrive (yes I know, we really should get out more!)

I just had to let you know that I had a wonderful time shopping and your staff were just so friendly and helpful. I must make a specail mention of the two young ladies in the hat department who went to great length to ensure I found a new riding hat that fitted me well, especially as I am deaf and wear hearing aids so correctly fitting hats have always been a problem to find. Your staff were so patient as we must have tried on half of your entire stock, but I now have a fabulous, well fitting new hat. So thank you all so very much for a great retail experience and I look forward to shopping with you again soon.

I just wanted to pass on my huge thanks to the team at Ride-Away, in particular Racehl, for all the help and excellent customer service I received on Friday 7th January. Due to her thoughtfulness and proactive service, my saddle arrived with the option of the gullet I needed to be able to use it later in the day.

Not only had you processed my order for a saddle and competition fleece that I placed last thing on Thursday, ensuring it would be delivered on Saturday as requested, but for all the efforts made to get the right gullet to me - a discussion that was held later on Friday afternoon.

Not only are your prices excellent, but I haven"t received customer service like that for, well, years - well above and beyond, etc. Please pass this email on to your Managing Director so he/she knows what kind of excellent service is being offered which will ensure loyal customers at a time when loyal customers are needed.

Can I just say we came in this morning to purchase a pair of long boots and a riding hat for my daughter and we saw a girl in the boot department. People are always ready to complain about staff and never compliment so I"m sending this to say the young girl who served us was so kind and helpful and chatty, nothing was a problem to her and we tried on loads of boots and hats with not a minute"s problem.

We didn"t get her name but we know it was her Brithday tomorrow, so Happy Birthday and a big thank you.

Thank you for despatching the saddle so promptly. It arrived safely mid -morning on Tuedsay.

Many thanks to Stephen for taking the time to leave me a voicemail message to confirm the saddle would arrive on Tuesday and explain the sizing on the gullet plates, and which plate was in the saddle.
My local saddle fitter has come out today and set the saddle up to get my mare restarted under saddle.

Thank-you for all your help. The very competitive price on the saddle means I can put the money saved towards schooling for my horse.

Hi there
Just a quick mail to confirm that your courier has just now picked up this saddle. As I said on the phone, I am very disappointed it didn"t fit me as it fitted the horse perfectly. Can I say what a very good service this is that you offer - so that you can buy and try a saddle without worrying its going to cost a fortune to return if it doesnt fit!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform Rideaway Management, that i have had excellent service from your sales staff in particular Gill, who helped me solve a problem with a bridle for my horse.

Also, the quickness in receiving the bridle, I spoke with Gill Saturday pm, and received the bridle in FRANCE on Wednesday. The bridle fits my horse, and I am very pleased with it.
To many people in this day and age, want to complain, I on the contrary, believe in praise, when I think its fitting.
