Ride-Away will consider purchasing second hand saddles in exchange for the purchase of a new saddle. We require good quality English leather made saddles of modern style and in good condition (Not too old or synthetic).Unfortunately, due to our current stock levels of second hand saddles we are not currently purchasing second hand saddles for cash
If you are unable to travel to our store to have your saddle inspected for valuation purposes prior to buying a new saddle we can send a pre paid Post Office label at a charge of £5.90. We will inspect all saddles for soundness and quality before advising on a quote. Your saddle will then be despatched back out to you via our courier service at a further charge of £5.90, if a part exchange is not agreed.
We recommend you email pictures of the saddle you propose to part exchange to Ride-Away at info@rideaway.co.uk before arranging a courier service so that we can advise if we would be consider your saddle as part exchange against new. Provide details of saddle age, model/brand and your expected price for it. Please note: we will not respond without your price expectancy as if it is too high we will not pursue as we don’t want to waste your time and money.
If, after the part exchange and sale is agreed, you decide to return your new saddle only the price paid (that is the new saddle less the part exchange value) will be refunded.
