Delivery

UK Delivery:

a) UK Mainland Standard – Sent via Royal Mail or Hermes and takes 3-5 working days from despatch. Cost £4.95. (FREE if order is over £75)

b) UK Offshore Standard – Sent via Royal Mail or Hermes and takes up to 8 working days from despatch. Cost is £8.95 or free if you spend over £75.

c) UK Mainland Express – Royal Mail Special Delivery or Hermes. Mainland UK cost is £8.95. Please order before 6pm on a working day for delivery between 8am and 8pm the next day (Monday to Friday. Some post codes may take 2 days, in which event we will advise you). Orders placed Saturday and Sundays are collected by Hermes on Monday for delivery Tuesday. A signature is required for this service, if you request the parcel is left somewhere this is at your own risk and claims can't be made for lost deliveries.

Overseas orders:

a) EU standard delivery cost for parcels weighing up to 25kg is £4.95 and delivery takes up to 30 days from dispatch.

b) Overseas (Malta; Finland; Estonia; Sweden; Latvia; Romania; Norway) standard delivery cost for parcels weighing up to 25kg is £4.95 and delivery takes up to 30 days from dispatch.

c) Overseas (excluding EU; Spain; Portugal; Italy; Malta; Finland; Estonia; Sweden; Latvia; Romania; Norway) standard delivery cost for parcels weighing up to 25kg is £15.00 and delivery takes up to 30 days from dispatch.

The VAT may be deducted on orders to non EC countries addresses by dividing the price shown by 1.20. (If the item is marked * this indicates that the product is zero rated and no VAT to deduct.) We are pleased to quote for the delivery of parcels weighing 25kg or more. The cost will be dependent on the value, weight, volume and destination. We regret that due to flying restrictions, liquids, aerosols and gels cannot be delivered outside the UK and Ireland. Overseas delivery also excludes the sale of saddles and stable mats.


Please note it is your responsibility for payment of any import duties so please contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm if you are not sure.

Royal Mail and Hermes deliveries normally require a signature. If you wish your parcel to be left without a signature, you may authorise us to do so by informing us or by entering this request in the Delivery Notes box at the checkout. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or missing parcels, so please ensure you ask for the parcel to be left in a secure place or state an alternative delivery address such as your work address, or request we leave it with a neighbour if you are not in.

Upon receiving your order, please check the items are correct and contact us as soon as possible on 0800 917 9204 (and in any event within a reasonable time after receiving your order) to inform us of any discrepancies.

We reserve the right to change the courier used to deliver your goods from time to time. This will not affect the price that you are charged.
