Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned within 28 days of purchase. This excludes personalized and customized products. This period can be extended at Christmas time, and if you find you are unable to return the goods within this period (due to holidays etc) simply call our sales team on 0800 917 9204 who will be able to extend this term for you.

The goods must be returned unused, and in the condition which they were sent out. We will not accept back soiled items, so ensure when trying on rugs etc you use a clean sheet under the rug to ensure it does not get grubby and covered in hairs.

Re-package the goods in the original packaging ensuring the original labels are attached.

Please complete the Order/Returns form, and state clearly your requirements, whether you require exchange goods or refund.

Return the goods to the Post Office or other courier, and please ensure you retain a certificate of posting, and that the goods are insured against loss or damage. If you are returning a heavy item such as a saddle, you can give us a call and we can arrange our courier to collect the parcel from you. This will be at a charge of only £5.90 which will be a lot less than the Post Office charge.

Returns are free for Footwear and body protectors (excluding Point Two Body protectors, customised products and socks.) Please use the returns label enclosed in your parcel. Applies to UK addresses only.
